Can I ship to a PO Box?

All deliveries require a signature in order to be received. Thus, it is not possible to be delivered to a PO box.

We are business-as-usual with our online store.

However, due to a surge in online orders worldwide, your orders may not arrive as quickly as expected.

We're working very closely with our carriers to ensure your packages reach you as soon as possible.

Due to flight cancellations and limited availability, please allow for delays on all International Orders.

All orders will be processed the next business day.

    Starbrew currently ships to the following countries:

    Singapore, Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, UAE, USA, Thailand and Vietnam.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been picked up by one of our carriers, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes a tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track your order.

    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, slight delays may occur at any point of your order's journey. We hope you give it a few more days to reach you if your package has not arrived on the expected date.

    Shipping is free worldwide. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

    Will I be charged for duties and taxes?

    The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred at and determined by your local customs. 

    Should you refuse your shipment to avoid duties and taxes, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order, issue a refund in cash or store credits, or pay for the tax in order for you to receive your package. You will also be responsible for all re-delivery of your orders due to this refusal.
